The Clearwater Apartments is a 5-levelled high-end residential apartment building, a show case structure for engineered timber.

TimberLab, as the supply partner for the LVL moment resisting frames and curved glulam columns, prefabricated timber components in their Auckland plant.

Studies recently carried out show that using timber rather than concrete, not only was a wise decision aesthetically but has also kept more than a million kilograms of carbon dioxide out of the environment.

It also contributed to efficiencies in cost and time.
